Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mat Mindset Apparel! Every item we sell is made especially for you after your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and provide high-quality, made-to-order apparel. Please review our Shipping Policy below.

 

Order Processing

All products are made to order.

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days, depending on the product, print provider, and seasonal demand.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, production times may be extended.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

 

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping begins after your order has been produced.

United States

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days

Canada

  • Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days

International

  • Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Number of items ordered

  • Product type

  • Shipping method selected

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed during checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

 

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if products are fulfilled by different production partners or facilities.

This allows us to ship your items as quickly as possible. You will not be charged additional shipping beyond what was shown during checkout.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.

If production has not yet begun, we may be able to update your shipping information.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

If your package appears delayed:

  1. Check your tracking information.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier.

  3. If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll gladly help investigate your shipment.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

If your claim qualifies under our fulfillment partner's policy, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

Production Variations

Because every product is made specifically for your order, slight variations may occur, including:

  • Print placement

  • Color appearance

  • Garment size tolerances

  • Minor differences between production batches

These variations are a normal part of the print-on-demand process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

 

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

  • Other government-imposed charges

These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in your purchase price unless otherwise stated.

 

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • High shipping volumes

  • Holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Other unforeseen events

We appreciate your patience and understanding should these situations occur.
