At Mat Mindset Apparel, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we have a different return policy than traditional retail stores. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are printed and manufactured after your order is placed.

Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Ordering the wrong color

• Changing your mind

• Buyer’s remorse

• Accidental orders

Please review our size charts and product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Misprinted

• Incorrect

• Different from what you ordered

please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

If your claim qualifies under our fulfillment partner's policy, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates your package has been lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the order is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If production has not yet begun, we may be able to update your order.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows your package was successfully delivered but you cannot locate it:

1. Check around your property.

2. Ask neighbors or household members.

3. Contact the shipping carrier.

4. Wait 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before final drop-off.

Unfortunately, Mat Mindset Apparel cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier. We will, however, do our best to help you investigate the issue.

Exchanges

Because every item is made specifically for each customer, we do not offer exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Color preference

• Style preference

If you're unsure about sizing, please review the size guide before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Production Variations

Because our products are printed on demand, slight variations may occur, including:

• Print placement

• Color appearance

• Garment size tolerances

• Minor manufacturing variations

These differences are considered normal and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
